that feeling of gut wrenching embarrassment. feeling like you are defective, broken, or unlovable. Something is wrong with you.
in session, we will explore the role of shame in your experience, and how to interact with it. some shame is worth listening to, and can be used as useful information. some shame is toxic, and lives inside of us with a critical voice, causing chronic self hatred.
parts work, self-esteem and confidence building practices take time.
