Post Graduate Trainings and Affiliations

I hold an eclectic therapeutic perspective and draw from a range of psychological theories and modalities depending on each client’s needs, goals, and interests. I’m particularly passionate about parts work, attachment theory, group psychotherapy, somatics (mind-body connection), and art/music therapy.

In addition to my MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and my California Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure (CA LMFT #115086), I’ve completed advanced training the modalities below.

Equally important to my formal training is the role of lived experience in shaping how I show up in the therapy room. Much of my work is grounded in what I’ve personally navigated and integrated, which helps me meet clients with authenticity, nuance, and attuned relational presence. I believe that lived experience is essential in relational work—it allows us to sit with others not just as clinicians, but as fellow humans who’ve also wrestled with complexity and transformation.
