My own experience with depression and anxiety led me to this work and I'm grateful for the path that brought me here.

Therapy has been a space for me to experience an affirming and nonjudgmental relationship with another human being- where I can practice being myself. I want to offer that opportunity to you, a place to practice being yourself.

It's challenging, but the reward has been a growing ability to live my life with awareness and acceptance without depression and anxiety hijacking my contact with this weird and beautiful world.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Purchase, a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and an integrative health counseling certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I interned at the Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center, and was an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at The Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center. I have been in private practice since 2015. You can find my musings on Facebook, and Instagram.
